Important: When you report someone, you will also automatically Unfriend (Block) them and delete them from your friends lists, and you will also disappear from theirs.
The chat history and all the messages exchanged with this specific user will also be deleted.
Report and Unfriend are permanent actions and can not be canceled.
Reporting a user from the Card section
(the user is not a Friend (or a Match))
To report someone while you are swiping on the Card section of the Langmate app:
> tap on the Card to see the full profile of the user
> tap the menu icon 
in the top right corner
> tap Report this user
> the report popup appears. Select the reason for the report
> on the new screen, write as clear as possible the reason for your report
(the more details you write, the easier it will be for us to understand and take appropriate action against that user). It’s even better if you can add screenshots of the problem
> tap Send
> your report is sent and we will take care of it from now.
Please note that the user will never know that the report is coming from you.
Reporting a friend
Reporting a friend while you are chatting
> stay in the discussion
> tap the menu icon in the top right corner
> tap Report User
> the report popup appears. Select the reason for the report
> on the new screen, write as clear as possible the reason for your report
(the more details you write, the easier it will be for us to understand and take appropriate action against the user). It’s even better if you can add screenshots of the problem
> tap Send
> your report is sent and we will take care of it from now.
Please note that the user will never know that the report is coming from you.
Reporting a friend from the Friends list
> go to the Message section
> scroll your Friend list until you find your Match
> tap the menu icon in the top right corner
> tap Report User
> the report popup appears. Select the reason for the report
> on the new screen, write as clear as possible the reason for your report
(the more details you write, the easier it will be for us to understand and take appropriate action against the user). It’s even better if you can add screenshots of the problem
> tap Send
> your report is sent and we will take care of it from now.
